This week in science we are looking at the water cycle and how it works. Today we had to put these scientific words together if they had something in common.
My group placed water cycle next to carbon dioxide, because oxygen is in the air and the plants. and plants can't be made without carbon dioxide.
We also put climate change with carbon dioxide because without carbon dioxide we would have no plants or trees because we would have no oxygen. But the problem is we have too much carbon dioxide for all the plants in the world.
I would like your feedback and see what you think.
Here are some scientific words.
Scientific words:
- Evaporation. When water is heated by radiant energy it turns into water vapour.
- Transpiration. Evaporation from plants.
- Condensation. When water vapour cools, molecules join together and form clouds.
- Precipitation. When clouds get heavy the waters falls as rain, sleet, hail, or snow.
- Acidification: the action or process of making or becoming acidic.
