Mater chef

Monday the 7th of October Our class did a shared lunch using healthy food our teacher Mr T thought of some ideas for us to make. We were put into our writing groups I'm in the Piranhas and then Mr T write the ideas on pieces of paper and one person from our group picked Isabella picked it and we got. Zucchini Parmesan Chips they were Delicious and then other groups got Hawaiian Chicken kebabs and fruit smoothies also two different salads they were all Delicious and to go along with all that yummy food we added bread. Here are some pictures we took as we were making this. Hope you enjoy my post.

Ingredients ( x2)
  • 3 medium zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • Instructions
    1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C

    1. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray

    1. In a bowl, combine the Parmesan, bread crumbs, salt and pepper

    1. Slice zucchini into ¼ inch thick slices and put into a separate bowl

    1. Drizzle the zucchini with olive oil and mix

    1. Dip the zucchini slices into the Parmesan/Breadcrumb mixture to evenly coat each slice

    1. Place the slices in a single layer onto the baking sheet

    1. Bake the zucchini slices for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy

    1. Remove zucchini slices with a spatula
