EOTC Week

This week we have been doing EOTC week. It is actually announced as Education outside the class room. With room 3 last Thursday 8th of December we went Surfing and Body boarding it was so fun we also got fish and chip lunch it was delicious.

 Last Friday 9th of December we went to Adrenaline Forest were we had to climb big trees. It was really important that we listen to the instruction other whys we could fall and really injury are self  I could only go up to stage two because I was too short but lucky that was were I could only go because It is harder then it looks like.

Last Monday 12 of December we were meant to go Sailing but it was raining and it was cancel so we watched Movies and done Christmas activities.

Yesterday Tuesday 13th of December it was the trekkers big day out so room 1,2 room 3 and my class room. Room 11,12 we went to Mega air were all we do is bounce on really cool trampolines there was a Basket ball, Foam pit and an Air bag after that the same day we went back to school and top team. Top team is were we are put into teams and we had to do a whole bunch of activities. Here are some pictures.

My Year 5 journey

This week I had to make a reflection on a Powtoon. Powtoon is an app where you can animated story's and create movies. This is my video enjoy.

The Lie

Last week for writing we had to think of a lie that people have said of you then we had to think of the truth an we had to write it. this is my Lie.

25 year letter

This week I have been writing a letter to the future me we had to include every thing you wanted to do as a 10 year old here is my story.

Dear Future ME,

By the time you read this many years will have passed.  In fact you will be turning 25 years old.  This is a little reminder of what your goals and dreams were as a 10 years old.

Let's start with your career. You wanted to do good at school and go to university. To be a Doctor and save peoples live and hope that they live healthy.

As you are aware, you are really passionate about playing sports especially basketball. You wanted to play for the Canterbury Wildcats and hope to get a provisional contract for the Minnesota Lynx.

You have 3 places you would like to go Miami, Hollywood, New York. You would have lovely hotels with spas and then you would make yourself feel like home.

Then you go back to your home in Christchurch and live your days.
